INTEGRAL Real Estate Development, LLC was founded by Brian J. Levitt, MRECM, LEED AP in 2007 to provide comprehensive real estate consulting, development, and asset management services. 
 
We work with owners, developers and operators to determine the opportunities to enact sustainable real estate strategies and implement turn-key development and operation solutions that are ecologically progressive, socially gratifying and economically profitable.

INTEGRAL’s mission is to provide the highest caliber of sustainable real estate consulting and development services by creating environmentally conscious strategies that are assembled with knowledge of the practice of real estate development and asset management, and with ethical personal service catering to the specific and unique requirements of each Client.

Our approach to real estate development is unique as an Owner / Tenant Representative because we focus on protecting the interests of our Owner or Tenant above anything else.  This approach allows us to manage cost, schedule, quality and risk without sacrafice.
